"Drakar" ("Dragons") was drawn by Carl Johan De Geer around 1964. Winding dragon-like figures seem to gape over the generously sized lotus flowers. The inspiration for the pattern comes from childhood. A young De Geer lived in Belgium and received a Tintin album every Christmas and the cover of "Blue Lotus" inspired the "Drakar" pattern. The lotus flower is recurring in De Geer's designs.

Our 220g Oeko-Tex® certified cotton is a classic cotton fabric that can be used for curtains, cushions, hobby sewing and furniture upholstery for private homes with moderate wear.

Sometimes print seams can be visible, this is called "maker's mark" and is a guarantee of screen printing in a artisanal way.
