TERMS OF PURCHASE

DELIVERY
Normal delivery time is about 3 days. During high season it may take longer.

We ship orders with Schenker and DHL. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or another carrier and file a damage report. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and file a damage report. If any dispute with the post office or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 350 for our work with handling the goods.

The shipping cost for an order is charged according to the actual weight - this happens automatically in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at checkout. Pricing takes place according to the post office's postage table for letters and parcels. For order values ​​exceeding SEK 1,500, we offer the shipping cost.

PICK UP IN STORE
If you have chosen to collect in store, you will receive a delivery notification via e-mail when your goods are available for collection.

ALWAYS FREE RETURN / RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
When buying in our online store or by phone, the Distance Shopping Act applies. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 12 months. after you have received the item. The item must be in the same good condition as when you received it, i.e. unused and undamaged. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, Frösö Handtryck Scandinavia AB is responsible for the return shipping. The return must be sent with the accompanying return slip. We do not have the option of picking up packages at the delivery point or shipping company's distribution center.

Refunds are normally made within 1-5 working days, however no later than 30 days, after we have received and approved the return. Please note that any invoice must be paid even if you return the item. Reimbursement of the order amount is made after approved return. Please contact info@frosohandtryck.se before returning an item.

Frösö Handtryck Scandinavia AB is not responsible for possible transport damage in the case of a return shipment, therefore send the return well packaged.

When purchasing an item that is specially manufactured or otherwise adapted especially for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.


COMPLAINTS
You have the right to complain about an item if it can be assumed to be a manufacturing defect on the item. Contact us within 14 days at info@frosohandtryck.se and attach clear pictures of the incorrect item and state your order number. If it is a complaint due to a fault with the product or that we shipped the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping, while we primarily exchange the product for a new one, alternatively if the product is out of stock, we will refund what you paid for the item.

Transport damage
Important: Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery. In order for goods with visible, external transport damage to be claimed with us, the damage must have been noted on your waybill from the shipping company in connection with the receipt, ask the driver to note the damage and sign. If you should discover hidden faults/transport damage after opening the package/packaging, notify us as soon as possible.

For all transport damage, contact info@frosohandtryck.se and attach clear pictures of the damage and any damaged packaging in the email and state your order number in the email. In order for us to be able to complain about the damage to our carrier, we need to report the transport damage to him within 1-3 days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within this time.

If the transport is handed over without a signature, with a power of attorney, the transport cannot be claimed.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

- Klarna Checkout

After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout shows the payment options that can be offered to you. Whichever payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna's partners handles the payment transaction, while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions should therefore be addressed directly to the store.

Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank. Invoice is the default payment option.

When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to provide your card details, and always pay after you receive your goods.

Possibility of partial payment
If payment is not made, a reminder fee of SEK 50.00 and late payment interest of 26.00% will be added. At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post. Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation. Klarna processes personal data for the purpose of carrying out customer analysis, identification, credit control and marketing. Social security number is used as customer number for customer management purposes.

- Klarna Account
The payment method for you who want to choose how much you pay each month. But the Klarna account is more than that. In addition to always receiving your goods before you pay, you collect all your purchases in one account. This also applies if you have shopped in several different stores via a Klarna account. This means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

For a purchase of SEK 10,000 with Klarna Konto basic conditions, the set-up fee is SEK 0. The current annual interest rate is 19.90%, which corresponds to an effective interest rate of 29.22%. The credit purchase price is SEK 11,458. The number of partial payments is 12 and each partial amount is SEK 955. The example assumes that installments are made over a period of one year.

At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post.

COLORS AND IMAGES
We try to show the colors of the goods as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website exactly reflect the colors that the goods have in reality. How the color is rendered depends on your computer and monitor settings. We also cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the goods.

OTHER
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent's permission to order from us. All attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Frösö Handtryck Scandinavia AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

Incorrect information
We reserve the right to subsequently correct any incorrect information regarding price and delivery time. We reserve the right for any errors in product information as well as price and stock balance. Even after the purchase has been completed and the order confirmation has been sent, we reserve the right to change the price and delivery time in the event of a printing error.

Force majeure
We reserve the right to invoke Force Majeure in such situations where this is applicable.
