FREE RETURN / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When buying in our online store or by phone, the Distance Selling Act applies. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 12 months of receiving the goods. The goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, i.e. unused and undamaged. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, Frösö Handtryck Scandinavia AB is responsible for the return shipping. The return must be sent with the enclosed return slip. We do not have the opportunity to pick up packages at the delivery point or freight company's distribution center.
Refunds are normally made within 1-5 working days, but no later than 30 days, after we have received and approved the return. Please note that any invoice must be paid even if you return the item. Refund of the order sum is made after approved return.

Frösö Handtryck Scandinavia AB is not responsible for any transport damage in case of return shipment, therefore send returns well packaged.
When purchasing an item that is cut meterware, specially manufactured or otherwise adapted specifically for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
