Shipping policy

DELIVERY TERMS
Normal delivery time is around 3 days. During peak season it may take longer.

We ship orders with Schenker and DHL. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company.

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a damage report. Do not collect a damaged parcel! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the parcel, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the parcel by the post office or the carrier, you should contact them and make a claim. If you cannot resolve any dispute with the post office or transport company, contact us. If you have ordered and do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 350 for our work in handling the goods.

The shipping cost of an order is charged according to the actual weight - this is done automatically in the online store and the cost of the shipping is reported at checkout. Pricing is done according to the postage table for letters and packages. For order values exceeding SEK 1500, we offer the shipping cost.

Welcome to Frösö Handtryck, where we create hand-printed fabrics using traditional screen printing techniques in Nälden, Jämtland. Curtains, cushions, runners, towels and bags are made with care and sustainable water-based pigment colors.

We collaborate with some of Sweden's top Designers, including Gocken Jobs, Emma von Brömssen, Carl Johan De Geer, Lotta Kühlhorn and Toshiyuki Fukuda, whose designs give each textile a unique character.

In our studio we also sew tailor-made curtains, and our bags combine hand-printed fabrics with leather, made under responsible conditions.
