By trading on this site, you automatically agree to the below mentioned conditions. Therefore we advise you to read the following terms and conditions.



We cannot guarantee that the colours on the website are true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.



When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us with are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years old and an authorized user of the credit card used for the transaction.


Privacy policy

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Frösö Handtryck as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you. The information you provide is only available to Frösö Handtryck and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Frösö Handtryck to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Frösö Handtryck conditions, you agree to the above.



When you reach checkout please chose your payment method, country and currency. When ordering from a country outside the EU, you will not have to pay the Swedish vat.
You may have to pay additional tax / or duties in the country of destination.
Frösö Handtryck is not responsible for such taxes and duties. Please be advised that tax and duties may not be refundable to non- eu costumers wishing to return items.


Promotional code

When confirming your purchase, apply the code you have received in the ‘promotional code’ section.  Our promotional code is for non sale items only.



We ship to sweden, europe, usa, canada, australia and united arab emirate, for other countries, please contact info@frosohandtryck.se


Standard delivery

Standard delivery time to sweden is 3-5 working days, europe 5-8 working days, usa/can/aus 11-15 working days. Frösö Handtryck does not process or ship orders on saturdays, sundays or national holidays.

Your purchased item(s) will be shipped with Schenker or DHL.


Transport damages

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport You should immediately report this to: orders@Frösö Handtryck.Com.


Faulty products

Our items are quality controlled before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition Please contact us immediately at info@frosohandtryck.se
You will receive a new item a discount or a refund for the item and all shipping costs.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


Exchanges and refunds

You are always entitled to an exchange / or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. For sale items only exchanges are accepted. We strongly recommend that you return your item within 7 days of receiving your order To ensure that it arrives back to Frösö Handtryck in time.

Overseas costumers must send items back to Frösö Handtryck at your own expense. Items must be returned new and unused with all tags still attached and in the original box. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will be sent back to the costumer at their own expence.

Frösö Handtryck reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Overseas costumers from non eu countries are liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to Frösö Handtryck.

We recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage as we will be unable to accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged during delivery.

Once Frösö Handtryck has received and checked your item we will refund you by your original payment method.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Payments can take up to 14 workingdays to process.

Subject to availability we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us

Within 14 days of receiving your order.

The new item will be shipped to you when your returned item has been received by us and checked.

To return your purchase please fill in the return form enclosed with your order

And make sure that the box is safely wrapped before sending.
