Printing fabric by hand is a process that requires the patience, calm, and precision found in the printmasters’ experienced hands.
We then sew the printed fabric to make products we have designed ourselves, and our seamstresses sew personal pride into every bag, cushion cover and cloth that leaves the factory.
All printing and sewing of our products takes place at our factory at Frösön or by local suppliers.
We take the majority of our material from Europe, always trying to choose materials with good environmental certifications and have very little waste in our production.
We place great value in working together with local businesses, and in providing a safe and happy workplace for our employees.
All of our designs are printed by hand on our 25-meter long printing tables.
The process is crafted largely the same since we began in 1946 but materials, colors, efficiency and environmental considerations have followed its time.
We work with screen printing, so print joints can sometimes be seen on the products, we call it the maker's mark and are a natural characteristics for the handicraft.
Our two printmasters have been with us for over 70 years together. Their craftsmanship is an invaluable asset.
After the fabric has been printed, our seamstresses will make it to curtain lengths, pillows, tablecloths, bags and accessories.
